Issue

  • Since upgrading Trident to 25.06.1 getting errors with provisioning /de-provisioning of NFS exports.
  • These errors result in Application Errors in containers.
  • Error from the Trident Controller Log:

  • Example from the trident.controller-csi-attacher log:

W1013 11:55:02.915583       1 csi_handler.go:189] VA csi-8ee378ddc80305a838eb702fbc404b13501510583a335185e2b5eaf40e5a6636 for volume pvc-af65e944-11d9-47cd-8d09-7671fac9a6d7 has attached status true but actual state false. Adding back to VA queue for forced reprocessing
