Is it possible to modify Storage Class to add excludeStoragePools after PV creation?

Answer

Yes, storage classes can be modified to have excludeStoragePools but it requires a recreation of the storage class with the same name because kubectl apply to the existing storage classes is invalid.
 
Note: Deleting or modifying storage classes do not affect existing Persistent Volumes (PVs)
