Geometry errors occur after upgrade to Trident 22.10 from a pre-22.07 version

Issue

After an upgrade to trident 22.10 , some of the PVC LUNs  appear to have mixed up the the mounts, caused the following errors:

DATE_TIME NODENAME kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-16): bad geometry: block count 13107200 exceeds size of device (131072 blocks)
DATE_TIME NODENAME kernel: EXT4-fs (dm-17): bad geometry: block count 52428800 exceeds size of device (4194816 blocks)
