Issue

Trident upgrade to 22.07 from a release equals or below to 20.07 fails with the error:

Month DD hh:mm:ss SERVERNAME dockerd: time="YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ" level=error
msg="time=\"YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ\" level=fatal msg=\"Unable to start the Docker frontend. plugin.hostVolumePath
/docker/plugins/XXXX.../propagated-mount does not exist on /host path\""
