Changing the LDAP setup in ACC fails with with state or connection errors

Astra Control Center (ACC) 22.11 and 23.04

Issue

When attempting to replace the LDAP server settings in ACC, it is possible to run into two messages:
1) cannot change userBaseDN field in the current LDAP state . Connection error.
2) a system error ocurred while applying settings. Check logs for more information. Connection Error.
Additionally, inspecting the ACC containers shows that there is something wrong with the polaris-keycloak-db-# container(s): they are in crashloopback.
