Cannot manage application or NetApp storage resource in Astra Control Center

Astra Control Center (ACC) up to release 22.08

Issue

After having installed Trident and the ACC, applications using NetApp Storage from Trident are not manageable, and storage resources show as unsupported under the app that was deployed.
 
For example, an error about the volume custom resource:
