Astra Control Center fails to be deployed when PSP has been set in the kubernetes cluster

Issue

When deploying ACC, the MongoDB and Influx containers fail to run properly with the error:

Container has runAsNonRoot and image has non-numeric user (default), cannot verify user is non-root
