Error message through AWS command to load balancer endpoint:

C:\Users\itleyjo>aws s3api --endpoint-url https://IP_Address:10445 list-buckets
SSL validation failed for https://IP_Address
[SSL:CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1125)
