The Storage appliance link down on network port alert does not clear

• StorageGRID 11.5
• StorageGRID SG1000
• StorageGRID SG6000
• StorageGRID SG5700

• There is some network issue related to this alert network HIC port.
• After the network issue recovery, the affected port is Up from the GUI.

• But the Storage appliance link down on network port alert is still there.

• Run the cat /sys/class/net/hic*/carrier command, the status is 0 from the impaired Node.

• Run the ip addr show command, the affected port is DOWN from the impaired Node.
