StorageGRID upgrade to 11.X is failing with error: “An unknown GDU server error occurred”

Issue
- The following error is seen in the "Software Upgrade" page on GMI (Grid Management Interface):
An unknown GDU server error occurred. For more information, see gdu-server.log
- The gdu-server.log shows more details for this error:
