Issue

While upgrading the StorageGRID, upgrade precheck error was detected stating unexpected firewall status on nodes.

The precheck operation has detected conditions that must be addressed before upgrading. Resolve the issues listed below and click Start Upgrade or Run Prechecks to retry. Contact Technical Support for assistance in resolving these issues, if necessary.

The following issues were identified by the Firewall customization precheck:

  • Unexpected firewall status on storage node name MD5: 7d790e4c3
  • Unexpected firewall status on storage node name MD5: 7d790e4c5
