StorageGRID decommission keeps pausing at Decommissioning Erasure Coding Data due to EC profiles repairs

Issue

  • During stage to decommission EC data, task continuously enters a Paused status
    • Warning indicates to check bycast.log
    • Nov 30 08:10:57 <PRIMARY ADMIN NODE> ADE: |18965162 1645708447 GTIN DSAN 2020-11-30T08:10:57.086785| NOTICE   0329 GTIN: Sending TSRP for STAT= PAUS , Message =  {OID='2.16.124.113590.3.0.4.5.39','The Storage Node decommission cannot complete. Ensure all nodes are running and connected. Then, review all Erasure Coding profiles in use to ensure they can still be fulfilled. As required, update the ILM policy and try again. For details about this error, check bycast.log.'} , TS =  1606722412406553
    • When running Support > Diagnostics, it reports Erasure-coded groups repair health
