StorageGRID maintenance procedure stalls due to SSH Keys mismatch

Issue

When trying to perform a StorageGRID maintenance task such as decommissions or software upgrades, it fails.
 
Example software upgrade precheck failure:
The precheck operation has detacted conditions that must be addressed before upgrading. Resolve the issues listed below and click Start Upgrade or Run Prechecks to retry. Contact Technical Support for assistence in resolved these issues if necessary.
The following issues were identified by the Connectivity precheck
- <nodename> is currently offline or disconnected
- Refer to KB article "StorageGRID 11.x software upgrade resolution guide for further information

When revieving the /var/local/log/gdu-server.log on Primary Admin, it reports:
