SG6000 stuck at "Rebooting" during upgrade from 11.4 to 11.5

Issue

  • SG6000 shows as "Rebooting" on the GRID UI
  • storagegrid-status shows services are running 11.5, but not all running
  • /var/local/log/install.log shows network connectivity issues after the node reboots to 11.5
  • /var/local/log/servermanager.log shows that services aren't starting due to network connectivity issues
  • /proc/net/bonding/bond0 shows slave interface hic2 and hic4 are down
  • sudo ethtool -m hic2 shows a Vendor PN that is not listed on NetApp Hardware Universe
