StorageGRID Notification from 123456789 (CSTAR_ISSUE) ERROR

 

A CSTAR AutoSupport incident occurs when one or more of the following Cassandra-related alerts or alarms is triggered:

StorageGRID 11.4 (Alert Reference)

  • Cassandra communication error alert
  • Cassandra repair metrics out of date alert
  • Cassandra repair progress slow alert
  • Cassandra repair service not available alert
  • High Java heap use alert
  • Low metadata storage alert

 

StorageGRID 11.3 (Alert Reference) and earlier

  • CAHP (Java Heap Usage Percent) alarm
  • CASA (Data Store Status) alarm
  • CDLP (Metadata Used Space (Percent)) alarm
  • NTLR (Repair Completion Status) alarm
