HTTP 400 Error during an S3 Multipart upload

• StorageGRID 11.4 and later
• S3 Multipart object upload

Issue

• S3 Multipart uploads will fail with the following response if objects are written below the 5MiB limit:

Caused by: com.amazonaws.services.s3.model.AmazonS3Exception: Your proposed upload is smaller than the minimum allowed object size. (Service: Amazon S3; Status Code: 400;

• The following alert will be triggered in the StorageGRID alerts:
