Fabricpool using StorageGrid as cold storage

Issue

After going through the steps to add StorageGrid to the Fabric Pool it will try to reach out to the grid to verify the configuration and an error is received for bucket does not exist even though the bucket is created and accessible.

This issue may also occur for pre-configured ONTAP FabricPool configurations upon upgrading from ONTAP 9.4 and below to ONTAP 9.5 and above.
