Does object lock have any inpact on StorageGRID?

Object lock on 11.6 (using Legal hold mode) requires a default retention period which will lock the object for said period,this prevents objects from being removed and require capacity planning before ingesting objects into the GRID to prevent it from filling up whithout a way to delete before the retention periode expires.
