Cannot access StorageGRID bucket after changing DNS server and domain name

Issue

  • Can not access or create bucket from Nasuni filer with new added domain
  • No errors for connection in the StorageGRID  logs
  • On Nasuni filer the following error was received:
ErrorResponse: Error creating bucket: body: '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>\n<Error><Code>MethodNotAllowed</Code><Message>The specified method is not allowed against this resource.reason: 'Method Not Allowed'; status: 405
  • With S3 browser,bucket creation and subsequent access on the StorageGRID is working with the new domain name
