Cannot access to /hcc and /mnode after mNode restarts

Issue

  • After mNode restarts in the state that connectivity from mNode to MVIP is lost, "https://<mNodeIP>/hcc" shows nothing.
  • "https://<mNodeIP>/mnode" shows Internal Server Error.
  • Even after the connectivity is recovered, "https://<mNodeIP>/hcc" and "https://<mNodeIP>/mnode" are still inaccessible.
