Answer

AcitveIQ system automatically generates support case when it doesn't receive any information from HCC/mNode more than 30 mins. This is the only failure detection mechanism for HCC/mNode. Please see AutoSupport Message: collectorNotReporting for more detail.

Additional Information

Although there is no functionality to monitor the health of each micro services which HCC consists of, each micro services have auto heal functionality when it crashes.
