Description

In some instances, it is necessary to install E-Series SANtricity where a GUI (Graphical User Interface) is not available. This might be because the user has access to a host only through a remote terminal (such as SSH or Telnet), or because the host to be installed does not have a GUI.

This article describes how SANtricity can be installed in such cases.

Note: This procedure is only for the legacy E-Series SANtricity Management Client. This procedure cannot be performed on the Web Based SANtricity System Manager.
