Issue

• Symbol errors reported by one node:

[ERROR] node_name -  ctrl.link.degraded  Link errors detected on card in slot 0. Number of symbol errors (Port1:Port2): 47341:3942; Number of OOS errors(RQ:SQ): 2903:944.

• Interconnect ports are ok in sysconfig -a output:
