LUN not visible in a "lun show" command output

Issue

  • LUN not visible in lun show, however, it is visible on a full path.
  • LUN is also not visible in Autosupport.
  • debug smdb table d_vdisk_lun show shows LUN type correctly, however, vdom dump -metafile vtoc shows namespace and flag is not 0:
