Issue

Unable to log in to the BMC via SSH or serial connection after upgrading firmware to 11.5 version.
The BMC itself is online and working.
The ip address of the BMC can still be reached via ping requests.
An unknown status is displayed for the firmware in ONTAP:

Cluster::> system service-processor show -fields type,status,fw-version

node type status fw-version
