ANDU paused due to node going unresponsive

Issue

  • The ANDU paused with one or more of the below error messages, and the node became unresponsive:

NODE-01: upgrademgr: upgrademgr.update.pausedErr:error]: The automated update of the cluster has been paused due to the following reason:  Node "NODE-01": Error: {Node "NODE-02" is not in "waiting for giveback" state.}, Action: {Use the "storage failover show" to verify that node "NODE-02" is in one of the following states: "waiting for giveback" or "connected".

NODE-01: upgrademgr: upgrademgr.update.pausedErr:error]: The automated update of the cluster has been paused due to the following reason:  Node "Node-01": Error: {Giveback of SFO aggregates failed.}, Action: {Use the "storage failover giveback -ofnode Node-01" command to trigger giveback of SFO aggregates..}.

NODE-01: notifyd: callhome.andu.pausederr:alert]: params: {'epoch': '905b1201-e640-4b5b-b91c-e13698276f84', 'subject': 'AUTOMATED NDU PAUSED'.
