VDX 6740 switch stuck in boot loop with error "Network OS is not ready. Please login later"

Issue

  • The switch either goes to hung state or goes into boot loop.
  • In the console logs, you would see the following events:

2021/03/08-10:58:23, [SEC-1206], 83411, SW/0 | Active, INFO, XXX_RB3, Login information: User [admin] Last Successful Login Time : Mon Mar 8 10:57:06 2021.
Error: Network OS is not ready. Please login later.
2021/03/08-10:58:27, [SEC-3022], 83412, SW/0 | Active, INFO, XXX_RB3, Event: logout, Status: success, Info: Successful logout by user [admin].
