Issue

Cluster Network Switch migration to BES-53248 triggers a PANIC:

ALERT spm.cshmd.process.exit: Cluster Switch Health Monitor process (cshmd) with ID 86409 exited as a result of signal 6. This server will attempt to restart.
ERROR ucore.panicString: 'cshmd: assertion (0) at src/tables/switch_info_resource.cc:795 failed, raising SIGABRT(6) at RIP 0x807967d9a (pid 86409, uid 0, timestamp 1629205900)'
