NXOS releases prior to 9.2(2)

Issue

Upgrading NXOS from a version prior to 9.2(2) fails with the below error code

Verifying image bootflash:/nxos.9.2.2.bin for boot variable "nxos".[################### ] 90% -- FAIL. Return code 0x40450030 (Digital signature verification failed). Pre-upgrade check failed. Return code 0x40930011 (Image verification failed).

Upgrade will be aborted without completion
