How do I associate my Cisco.com account (CCOID) to a Smart Net Total Care contract?

  • Cisco.com account profile already created
  • Cisco MDS and Nexus switches purchased from NetApp

Answer

  1. Go to Smart Net Total Care Support
  2. Link your Contracts to your Cisco ID
- OR -
  1. Go to Profile Management and use the email address associated with your Cisco profile and password to log in
  2. Go to Manage Profile > Access Management > Add Access
  3. Add contract number

Note:

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the changes to take effect on your cisco.com account
  • If either method above results in "pending approval" from contract administrator contact web-help-sr@cisco.com for assistance
