Issue

System is MetroCluster FC configuration.
FCVI has error and EMS reports error "takeover disabled (unsynchronized log)".

Example:

10/25/2020 17:23:12 SITExxxx01 ERROR cf.fsm.takeoverByPartnerDisabled: Failover monitor: takeover of SITExxxx01 by SITExxxx02 disabled (unsynchronized log). 10/25/2020 17:23:18 SITExxxx02 ERROR cf.fsm.takeoverByPartnerDisabled: Failover monitor: takeover of SITExxxx02 by SITExxxx01 disabled (unsynchronized log).

Takeover will be enable automatically in several seconds.

Example:
