Customer Cisco support contract association to partner CCOID failure
Applies to
- Cisco MDS and Nexus switches purchased from NetApp
- Valid Cisco SmartNet Total Care (SNTC) support contract
Issue
- Unable to raise case with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
- Partner attempting to add the customer's Cisco support contract number to their Cisco.com account (CCOID)
- Support contract association fails with error:
The company name listed in your Cisco.com profile is different from the entitled companies in the contract.
If you have switched companies, or if there have been names changes in your company, please update the company name in your Cisco.com profile at: https://rpfa.cloudapps.cisco.com/rpfa/profile/profile_management.do and notify us.
We will reprocess your contract association request once you have completed these updates.
