  • Cisco MDS and Nexus switches purchased from NetApp
  • Valid Cisco SmartNet Total Care (SNTC) support contract

Issue

  • Unable to raise case with Cisco Technical Assistance Center (TAC)
  • Customer added/associated the Cisco support contract number to their Cisco.com account (CCOID)
  • Support contract association fails with error

Unfortunately, your company/organization, CUSTOMER ORGANIZATION NAME, is not listed as entitled for this service contract. You will need to contact your supplier, contract provider or any entitled party for the contract and request from them either:

  • To associate the contract to your profile
  • To add your company to the entitled party list of the contract
