Suddenly all switch ports went into offline state, and the switch status shows faulted

Errdump shows the following errors

2020/01/28-01:23:14, [EM-1134], 35579, FFDC | CHASSIS, ERROR, SEMLFCSW02_CH, Switch set to faulty, rc=20015.
