Issue

  • When removing a zone from a switch using the following procedure, a zone is still showing as present:
  1. cfgremove  <effective_configuration> , <zone_name>
  2. zonedelete  <zone_name>
  3. alidelete  <alias_name>
  4. alidelete  <alias_name>
  5. cfgsave
  6. cfgenable  <effective_configuration>
  •  Zone is no longer in the 'effective' configuration, but zone name is still listed in the configuration, confirmed through the following command:
cfgshow | grep -i <zone_name>
