Brocade switch PSU not recognized after hot swap without reboot

Issue

After replacing the switch PSU with the new one, the PSU still shows up as faulty:
 
Example:
 
psshow -v       :

Power Supply #1 is OK
Power Supply #2 is faulty

fanshow        :
Fan 1 is Ok, speed is 8341 RPM
Fan 2 is Ok, speed is 8553 RPM
