One of two cluster switches not monitored by CSHM with "IP address not reachable"

Issue

  • After swapping out cluster switches with new ones or after cluster switch maintenance, one of the two cluster-interconnect switches reports it is not monitored by the Cluster Switch Health Monitor (CHSM):
