Unable to boot - PANIC : Partner Present: invalid partner module

Issue
- Partner node is removed from chassis (usually for replacement) and up node panics with string:
PANIC : Partner Present: invalid partner module
- Node will continue to boot loop with this panic message until partner is reinserted into chassis
- This can also occur in a 2-node stretch MetroCluster configuration where there is no locally installed partner controller in the chassis
- An automatic unplanned switchover (AUSO) will occur when one of the single node clusters in the MetroCluster panics
