Issue

The value of disk-limit/soft-disk-limit can't be reflected in the output of vol quota report.

Example:

ontap97::> vol quota policy rule modify -vserver svm1_ontap97 -policy-name default -volume vol1_svm1 -qtree qtree1 -type user -target S-1-5-21-2696719676-679436694-2328275425-1108 -disk-limit 10MB
