The status is "node-offline" in sp show command, but local node shows SP status is "Online"

Issue

  • The status is "node-offline" in command "sp show".

Example:

NetApp-FAS2620::> sp show                                  
                               IP           Firmware
Node          Type Status      Configured   Version   IP Address

NetApp-FAS2620-01
              SP   online      true         5.2       10.2.65.244
NetApp-FAS2620-02
              -    node-offline
                               -            -         10.2.65.245

  • But local node shows SP status is "Online" in "sysconfig -a" command.

Example:

        Service Processor           Status: Online
                Firmware Version:   5.2
                Mgmt MAC Address:   00:A0:98:D4:0D:51
                Ethernet Link:      up, full duplex, auto-neg complete
                Using DHCP:         no
        IPv4 configuration:
                IP Address:         10.2.65.245
