Applies to

  • ONTAP 9.7P8
  • KMIP servers
  • NetApp key cache

Issue

  • When you try to sync the Netapp key cache with external KMIP servers that are clustered it might be observed that the number of keys do not match.
  • The issue is with the 'sync-key-cache' command that it failed to sync entries in MDB cache for the clone key server, if an entry exists in MDB cache for primary key server with the same key UUID.
