SP reboots with "Rebooting SP due to low memory" critical message

Issue

SP reboot automatically with the following messages are reported in the SP’s Event Log:

Record 161: Mon Mar 2 07:07:17 2020 [IPMI.critical]: Low Memory Warning: 3309
Record 162: Tue Mar  3 05:42:09 2020 [Heartbeat.notice]: Heartbeat time adjusted: Set SP time. Old time: Tue Mar  3 05:42:11 2020. New time: Tue Mar  3 05:42:09 2020.
Record 163: Mon Mar  9 07:07:17 2020 [IPMI.critical]: Low Memory Warning: 30452
Record 164: Wed Mar 11 07:07:17 2020 [IPMI.critical]: Rebooting SP due to low memory
Record 165: Thu Jan  1 00:00:43 1970 [IPMI.notice]: 4a00 | c0 | OEM: ffff70005100 | ManufId: 150300 | SP Reset Internally
