Operational status of the LIF reporting down when hosted on one of the Node in Cluster

Issue

  • When the LIF is hosted on Node-A01 the admin and operational status is reporting UP, but the same LIF when migrated/reverted to Node-A02, the operational status is reporting down with below error message,

Error: This LIF is down because Vserver status is not yet available on node "Node-A01". Wait a few minutes, then check the LIF's status again.

  • Destroying the LIF and re-creating the LIF also fails on Node-A02, and the new LIF also reports operational status as down.
