Node PSU FRU reporting as unreachable following ONTAP upgrade

Issue
- Following an ONTAP upgrade from 9.7P7 to 9.7P8, node reports PSU FRU unreachable, but is working as expected.
- PSU details missing from 'Sysconfig -m' and 'Environment' output.
