Multiple ethernet ports failed due to to unexpected software error ql:244

Issue

• Multiple ethernet ports on the CNA adapter become unavailable, and are not marked as failed by ONTAP.
• Following messages can be observed on the system:

Node-01   ALERT netif.init.failed: Initialization of network interface e0d failed due to unexpected software error ql:244.

Node-01   ALERT netif.init.failed: Initialization of network interface e0c failed due to unexpected software error ql:244.

• The ports themselves are no longer displayed by ONTAP.
