Fault LED on and PCM status shows as 'PC SHELF FAULT RQSTD'

Issue

  • The fault LED of the controller is on.
  • storage show fault -v displays the following:

This can be accompanied by:

  • EMS reports frequent reboots and multiple sensor errors
