Is there a way to find out the shelf serial number of the OPS panel without physically looking at the system?

To display the disk shelf S/N of the OPS panel, run the following command on the filer:

filer> environment status shelf
...
Product Serial Number: OPS315882004E15

Note: The environment status shelf command reports lots of shelf information, but it doesn't actually report the shelf S/N. On the DS14 family, it reports the S/N of the OPS panel. The actual shelf S/N is printed on the inside of left rear mounting ear. On the FC9 shelf, it reports the S/N of the VEM module.
