Hung deduplication job - Cannot stop job due to "Another sis operation is currently active."

Issue

• Deduplication job is not progressing. Attempts to stop efficiency fails with the following command and error:

cluster::> volume efficiency off -vserver <vserver> -volume <volume>
Error: command failed: Failed to disable efficiency on volume "volume" of Vserver "vserver": Another sis operation
is currently active.

• Nodeshell does not allow SIS options:

node> sis stop

options: no such command "sis"

• There are no visible volume efficiency jobs with:

cluster::> job show -node <node> -vserver <vserver>
