Issue

High latency observed intermittently on a FC LUN
Brocade switch repeatedly reported link resets on a specific port due to credit loss.
Alternatively Netapp SFP shows RX.
Switch port is connected to a NetApp node's target port which frequently reported IO WQE failures in EMS log
