Issue

Node(s) encounters an environmental shutdown with the below symptom

Sep 20 11:10:00 [Node-01:monitor.globalStatus.critical:EMERGENCY]: Disk shelf fault.
Sep 20 11:11:00 [Node-01:monitor.globalStatus.critical:EMERGENCY]: Power Supply Status Critical: PSU4, PSU1, PSU2. Disk shelf fault.
Sep 20 11:11:55 [Node-01:monitor.shutdown.emergency:EMERGENCY]: Emergency shutdown: Multiple power supplies have failed.
Sep 20 11:11:55 [Node-01:monitor.shutdown.emergency:EMERGENCY]: Emergency shutdown: Environmental Reason Shutdown (Multiple PSU failed)
